Rainbow Service Implementation Measures

 

  Scanners Rainbow services are mainly aimed at the Evolution series, Colortrac4 series, SmartLF series, Eagle series, Flatbed series during the warranty period , its services for the scanner to extend the warranty period of paid details are as follows:

* Accessories Category:

     Vulnerable parts include: motor, belts, lamps, inverters, fans, press board, relays, sensors, power switch

     Large accessorises include: motherboard, power, lens, roller, scan head

 

* maintenance mode:

      carry-in services: the start time for the maintenance is when repair parties receive scanner failure in writing of repair from client side and begin to repair equipment as soon as equipment arrive; the end time is when the maintenance is completed and Customer accepts the equipment. In the meantime, transportation costs of the equipment are borne by the customer. 

      door to door service: the start time is when repair parties receive a written warranty from customers and start to repair within 4 working days if the accessories are in stock(if not within 8-15 working days); the end of time for equipment maintenance is when repair parties receive customer acceptance.
