    Data Department Members of FTC has been received spacial training from the Intergraph company and under the Intergraph company arrangements and guidance, we can provide professional engineering and technical graphics processing services.

    Data Department is aimed at the needs of Intergraph's customers to create, and provides professional solution for Intergraph's customers.

    Currently, the Department has enough skill to use Intergraph's SmartPlant P & ID software to build process flow diagram and to use SmartPlant 3D and PDS software to build 3D plant.Aaccording to the needs of users, we can also assist in its establishment and maintenance of the SmartPlant 3D and PDS project database.

We help you to transfer PDS into SmartPlant 3D

l  Process Flow Diagram Interlligentization

    For domestic customers we provide services, project integration and product upgrades of transferring existing non-intelligent flow chart to the SmartPlant P & ID intelligent flow chart.

l  Building of 3D plant model

    We provide services for domestic users to build SmartPlant 3D and PDS 3D plant models and to transfer 3D model of the existing PDS into SmartPlant 3D model.

    We help users to collect and interpret project-related engineering data, and complete SmartPlant 3D and PDS format engineering database.

We provide users SmartPlant 3D modeling training and counseling or provide users directly SmartPlant 3D and PDS of the 3D modeling services according to user needs.

l  Cases

    Data department has helped Sinopec Engineering Incorporation (SEI) and China's Sinopec Shanghai Engineering Co., Ltd. (SSEC) implement a number of practical projects. Their team's  attitude and the ability are highly appreciated by the users, the details of the project are as follows:

    Maoming 300,000 tons of polyethylene project of SEI uses SmartPlant 3D lay out the structure, equipment and pipe model including more than 1,000 professional roots pipeline; the Central Plains 60,000 tons OCC project of SEI uses SmartPlant 3D build the whole factory model to generate 700-800 one-pipe isometric map. In both projects, we also use SmartPlant P & ID drawing a flow chart and maps the SmartPlant P & ID drawings, to help SEI to complete a total of about 200 flow chart.in a polyethylene and a butadiene project

    The data sent technical staff to help SSEC complete Dushanzi styrene project, which includes 260 devices and 67 km of pipes; in coordination with efforts by both sides, the mission was successfully completed with high praise of users.
